Dance wear for girls




BALLET SHOE'S
Many beginners buy their
firstpair of ballet shoe's too big.
 
When you look for ballet shoe's,
just make sure there is no space
at your toes when you point
your feet. Ballet shoe's are
very soft and flexible they
should be around the feet as
tight as a glove.



Dancers may not wear sloppy pants
or ballet skirts

 
YOUNG GIRLS
Black tank leotard (no long sleeves). Pink leg tights, Pink ballet slippers with elastic over the instep. Girls must have their hair pulled back from their face and secured firmly. Short hair must be held back off the face with a wide hair band or a hairpin.
 
LADIES
Any color leotard, black white or pink color tights (or a tight leg ballet-pants). Ballet slippers with elastic over the instep. All dancers must have their hair pulled back from their face and secured firmly.
Dancers may not wear long sloppy pants, sweat shirts or baggy shirts, ballet skirts. Jewelry. Leg or ankle warmers.

Men wear rolled up sports trousers or
ballettights with a dancebelt

 
BOYS
White T-shirt. Black (sports)trousers or black ballettights with a dancebelt. White socks. White balletshoe's with elastic over the instep.
 
MALE DANCERS
Men wear a tight T-shirt on a short or long (rolled up) sports trousers or ballettights with a dancebelt. Men do not have to wear ballettights however baggy pants are not suitable. Football pants and shorts are alowed.

Approved balletshoes must be worn at all times.


TRY A CLASS
When you come for the first time to try a class you may wear a T-shirt and short sport trousers. If you do not have ballet shoe's yet, you may work bare feet (socks are not allowed)
